According to Chase's Calendar of Events, it is "Return Shopping Carts to the Supermarket Month".  What a fine time to return carts, milk crates, forklifts, anything you took home from the grocery store and 'forgot' to take back.  You know who you are.  People-who-furnish-their-entire-apartments-with-hot milk-crates.  Apparently this kind of criminal behavior just drives food prices right up.
